Personalised Nutrition Report – £85

If you would like some guidance on your current diet I offer a one off fee of £85 which includes:

• analysing your diet through some dietary software
• reviewing your macronutrient and micronutrient intake
• providing a written report highlighting areas you may need to increase your intake of certain foods
• recipes and other information as relevant to you, such as timings of meals, balancing blood sugar, hormone support
• a 1 hour session to run through all of the above, either in person or over Zoom

Bach Flower Remedy Blend – £30

I make up a tailor made blend for you and post this out for a fee of £30.  If you are unsure of which remedies you might need I can send you more details of each remedy and guide you towards what might suit you at this time with a flower remedy questionnaire.  We can have a 15 minute phone call to discuss your choices and I can help you finalise your remedies before I blend it up for you.
