Hello and welcome to my site. The blog will be a mixture of things that interest me, such as books I might be reading or recommend to clients. There will also be easy healthy recipes that have a particular focus for my clients, such as anti-inflammatory, blood-sugar balance and immune supporting foods. These will all be tagged appropriately, so that after your session you can come to the blog and find relevant information for you. I will also be commenting on recent health news stories as well as interviewing other health practitioners as to what they do, what their passions are and how they might help you.
